Jennifer Rice Program Coordinator at the Scott County Sheriff’s Office

Jennifer Rice is the Program Coordinator at the Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Domestic Scott County Sheriff’s Office and has an Violence, Anger Management, GED, Literacy, and undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology and a Parenting Skills, just to name a few.
