CAMP MARIA RETREAT CENTER SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS and POLICIES Building Bed Layout Total Beds Roost 11 double rooms (2 single beds), 1 single room 23 Martin House 2 rooms with 8 single beds each, 2 single rooms 18 Cottage 1 single room, 1 daybed 2 Cabins Cardinal 9 single beds, 3 sets of bunk beds 15 Lark 9 single beds, 3 sets of bunk beds 15 Cuckoo 9 single beds, 3 sets of bunk beds 15 Eagle 9 single beds, 3 sets of bunk beds 15 Oriole 8 single beds 8 Bobolink 8 single beds 8 Wren 8 single beds 8 Chickadee 8 single beds 8 Robin 8 single beds 8 Total Bed Capacity 143 Osprey 11 single beds (4 bedrooms) 11 The Osprey is a private retreat house for groups ranging in size from one - eleven people. It is also available as overflow for large groups when the capacity in our other buildings is not sufficient. The Roost and the Martin House are heated. The cabins have no heating and are open for use from May 1 to October 31. The buildings assigned to the group will be determined by the Camp Maria Director and provided to group leader in the contract. Each group is responsible for making bed assignments for the individuals in their group. A pillow and blanket are provided for each bed, as well as a mattress cover. Groups will be billed for missing or damaged (e.g. stained, torn, etc.) mattress covers, pillows, and/or blankets. Pillows and blankets are to be used ONLY on the beds (i.e. not to be taken outside). Please return all furniture to their original position. Twin Sheets or sleeping bags, and pillow cases must be provided by each guest. It is a STRICT CMRC policy that no one is to use a bed without sheets or a sleeping bag, and pillow cases. Personal towels and toiletries are not provided by CMRC. Please remove all trash and place into dumpster in tied trash bag. Revised 12/2018 .
