Badges are allocated against each horse in a per race queueing system and we do ask that all owners bring identification or their PASS card with them when collecting their badges. Please note, badges collection for Royal Ascot differs and will be in the same marquee in Car Park 2. 6 BADGE ALLOCATION All owners are entitled to six complimentary OWNER/TRAINER badges per runner. We also allocate six lunch tickets per runner which gain the recipients access to the dining room and complimentary lunch. We understand that having a runner at Ascot is very exciting and whilst we do try to help accommodate all owners where possible, badge allocation is at the discretion of the racecourse management and dependent on space available.
