The Selection Committee, designated by the Ambassador of Brazil in Pretoria, in the use of its competence, makes public the following amendments to the Notice: 7.1. Those interested in applying must submit to the Selection Committee, by email or in person, by 15 January 2021, the duly completed application form, as provided in Annex 1 of this Notice, together with the documentation listed below: (…) 8.1.1. The documentation listed in item 7.1 must be received by 15 January 2021 at 11:59 pm on the email [email protected]. (…) 9.2. The envelope containing the application must be delivered to the Embassy headquarters, at the Corobay Corner Bulding, Suite A-4001 (4th floor), located at 152 Dallas Avenue, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria, 0181, Gauteng. Documents will be accepted within the registration period, between 5 October 2020 and 15 January 2021, only on business days, in the morning, between 9:30 and 12:30 pm, or in the afternoon, from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. (…) 10.3. The envelope must be received at the Embassy mailbox by the last day of applications (15 January 2021). (…) 15.3. The list of successful applications will be released on the tentative date of 18 January 2021 on the Embassy website: (http://pretoria.itamaraty.gov.br/en-us). (…) 17.4. The written test will be sat at the premises of the Brazil-South Africa Cultural Centre (CCBAS), located at the Corobay Corner Building, Suite A-3001 (3rd floor), at 152 Dallas Avenue, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria, 0181, Gauteng, on the estimated date of 22 January 2021, at 10:00 am. The practical test will be sat at the premises of the Brazil-South Africa Cultural Centre (CCBAS), located at the Corobay Corner Building, Suite A-3001 (3rd floor), at 152 Dallas Avenue, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria, 0181, Gauteng, on the estimated date of 22 January 2021, at 2:00 pm. (…) 19.4. The interview will be done on the tentative date of 27 January 2021. 20.1. The final result of the selection process will be published on the tentative date of 29 January 2021 and made available on the website of the Embassy of Brazil in Pretoria: http://pretoria.itamaraty.gov.br/en-us. After the announcement of the result, the candidate classified in 1st place will be summoned by the Selection Committee to appear at the Chancellery headquarters, on the estimated date of 1 February 2021, with the certificate of physical or mental aptitude for the job and with the police clearance certificate (according to item 11), as well as the originals of all the documentation sent at the application stage.
