Jack Dede covaCova cupCup Best Modern Game Bantam - Jack De cova cup Abbreviations AOC Any Other Colour* S/F Softfeather M Male AOV Any Other Variety* H/F Hardfeateher F Female AV Any Variety* OEG Old English Game Self Single colour Variety* * refers to standardised colours/breeds only, all other entries should be in the non-standard classes (121-123) Pet poultry judged on condition Photos, entry number on reverse Terms & Conditions The following Terms & Conditions are to be adhered to by all Exhibitors, and are non-negotiable. 1 The show will be held under Poultry Club of Great Britain rules and exhibitors making entries agree to be bound by such rules. 2 Birds brought into the UK from anyother EU Member State (Excluding the Republic of Ireland) within the previous four weeks must not be entered in the show. 3 Once birds have been penned and eggs displayed, they may only be removed with the permission of the Show Secretary. 4 At Boxing time, the hall doors will be closed and no birds or eggs may leave the hall until all have been accounted for. 5 Whilst every care is taken, the club cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage to exhibits or equipment during the show. 6 No exhibitor to approach the Judges prior to or during judging. 7 The watering and feeding of stock is the responsibility of the exhibitor. 8 No birds to be attended to whilst judging is in progress. 9 Classes may be amalgameted or split at the Show Secretaries discretion. 10 No bird to be entered in more than one class. 11 Pair and Trio entries are judged as such and are not eligible for any other award. 12 Should any judge be unable to officiate, the committee reserves the right to engage an alaternative. 13 No late, unpaid or telephone entries will be accepted. 14 All exhibitors must cleanse and disinfect crates, baskets or boxes before and after the show. 15 Full biosecurity conditions will be aibided by at the show and will be displayed. 16 Strictly no birds in the show hall that have not been entered in the show. 17 All details of birds must be specified on the entry form. Incomplete entries cannot be accepted. 18 When filling out the entry form, only one entry per line. Additional entry forms are on the Norfolk Poultry Club website. 19 Junior Exhibitors must be aged between 5 and 8 (inclusive) on the day of the show. 20 Juvenile Exhibitors must be aged between 9 and 15 (inclusive) on the day of the show.
