Since then, I have been trying to participate in various decision- making posts and roles to promote youth involvement, from the local level to the global level. From being one of the staffs of the MoP Workshop, it enhanced my problem-solving skills and communication ability. I have also become the youngest chairperson of the executive committee of the National Rover Conference since it first started in 1987.
