    THE NAGALAND UNIVERSITY BILL, 1989 Bill No. XXI-F of 1989 (As PASSED BY THE Houses OF PARLIAMENT) A bill to establish and incorporate a teaching and affiliating University in the State of Nagaland and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fortieth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. This Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Nagaland University Act, 1989. 2. Nagaland University has the highest number of average pages viewed by users per day (4.1), Sikkim University has highest (55.7%) upstream site of Google among other Central Universities of North East Region in India, 100% of sub domain at “manipuruniv.ac.in” for Manipur University website and “cau.ac.in” for Central Agricultural University.
