Russian Pension Fund Employees The Pension Fund employs 108,800 persons. Most specialists (62%) are aged from 30 to 50 years. Some 88% of Fund employees have higher education, and almost half of them have been working with the PFR for over a decade. An absolute majority of Fund employees are women. The Russian Pension Fund (PFR) is one of the three state-run off -budget funds tasked with providing Pension system participants mandatory social insurance in Russia.
