Our Social Video Strategy team provides the magic to drive QVC's and HSN’s content strategy, and we’re looking for a passionate and engaged student interested in social media, marketing, content strategy and content creation to help drive our business. Looking for someone who is extremely passionate about YouTube, TikTok and all things video strategy & creation!

Only currently enrolled students are eligible for this position. Recent graduates will not be considered.

QVC, Inc., the world’s pre-eminent electronic retailer, is looking for a sharp college student for an internship opportunity with the Online Marketing team. This position is located based out of QVC's corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA.

Your Impact

• Brainstorm new and innovative ways to reach QVC and HSN customer via digital video commerce • Actively research new and emerging social platforms with enthusiasm and passion • Respond on behalf of QxH and work with social content strategist on QVC and HSN YouTube channels. • Actively monitor YouTube channels for content & community building opportunities • Help and manage monthly YouTube content calendar • Brainstorm and help create TikTok videos for QVC account • Proactively monitor TikTok trends, hashtags and creator tools. • Gather assets, create tagged social marketing links and schedule videos for approval to be published to QVC/HSN social platforms. • Upload approved video content with SEO-optimized copy onto our YouTube channel and assign to appropriate playlists. • Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations • Attend meetings and take detailed recap notes for the social video strategy team. • Support the execution paid campaign strategy including development of creative, copy, links and internal and external routing process to drive direct response KPIs including viewership and fan growth • Maintain an awareness of trends as it relates to specific categories • Analyze daily, weekly & monthly reporting to inform strategy across all social platforms • Partner with the organic social team to coordinate monthly planning and posting schedules • Assist in work with ecommerce teams to create and optimize cross-promotional video content • Partner with content production team to ensure timely delivery of creative assets What You Bring

• Applicants must currently be enrolled in a college or university in an undergraduate or graduate program. • Candidate should be self-motivated, an outstanding communicator (written and verbal), and a team-player with a positive attitude. • Consistency of style is critical. • Strong passion for social video content, specifically on YouTube and TikTok • Proper grammar usage, spelling, and quality of writing is highly critical to this role. • Working knowledge of social media and web/digital based technologies are required as well as knowledge of various computer programs including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. • Collaborative team-player • Strong analytical & organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graphic design experience strongly preferred • Schedule of M, W, F strongly preferred • Experience with main social platforms strongly preferred
