The Ministry Road Transport & Highways, through the Regional Office, Gandhinagar invites proposals from eligible consultant for engaging Authority’s Engineer (AE) on the basis of International Competitive Bidding for the following contract package in the State of Gujarat on Single stage two cover system:

Bids must be submitted online only at e-procurement portal[https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app] on or before 29/03/2019 (Upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 02/04/2019 (at 1500 hours IST). Bids through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, document fee, Power of Attorney and Joint Venture (JV) MOU shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 29/03/2019 (up to 1100 Hrs.
