The concept of a Leader in Residence was adopted from the Arts sector, which regularly hosts Artists in Residence, leaders in their field who practice their craft to inspire others and to broaden the body of knowledge and expertise. The role of LV’s Leader in Residence is broadly to help identify the priorities that will require exceptional leadership over the next decade, and how LV might best prepare our leaders to navigate these.
