You are therefore requested to produce the Expenditure Register along with relevant documents on the 23'd April, 2016 at 1.30 P.M. positively, failing which it shall be presumed that you have failed to maintain day-to-day accounts of election expenditure as required under Section 77 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 and legal action will be taken against you.
