HAMPSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL' The Hampshire (Ramsey and Stockbridge Rural District No. 18) (Parish of S her field English, Part of Footpath No. 35) Public Path Diversion Order, 1966 Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of August 1966 the Minister of Housing and Local Government confirmed the above Order. Its effect will be to divert the public right of way in the Parish of Sherfield English from the route described in " A" of the Schedule hereto to the route described in " B " thereof. The path referred to in the Order is Path No. 35 in the Parish of Sherfield English as shown on the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way prepared under the provisions of Part IV of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act, 1949. A copy of the confirmed Order and the map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at Sherfield English Post Office. The Order becomes operative as from the day of publication of this notice, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act, 1959, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any Regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the approval of the prder he may, within six weeks from the date of publication of this notice, make application to the High 'Court.
