Ellis L. McIntosh, AIA, LEED AP (Lanny) is Founding Principal and CEO of The McIntosh Group (TMG). Lanny founded TMG in 1998, and has over 30 years of experience in architecture.

Lanny’s work has centered on the development and refining of a technology- based project management process that supports high volume building programs for Owners in the restaurant, office, retail, lodging, housing, and industrial markets.

Lanny is licensed to practice architecture in 48 states and the District of Columbia. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Lanny has begun transforming his practice to incorporate green practices and technologies into his work, with the objective of bringing green practices into the volume building industry.

Lanny believes in giving back – to his college, his profession and his community. The University of Arkansas alumnus was the moderator for the AIA Strategic Council, AIA Central States Regional Representative and an active member of many groups including Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Leadership Tulsa, the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture, Preservation Tulsa, and the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture Advisory Board and Dean’s Circle. He is also a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, AMDP Real Estate, Class XIV.

M. Bradley Gaskins, AIA, NCARB, CASp is the Managing Principal and COO of The McIntosh Group. Brad has more than 30 years experience in the practice of architecture and a comprehensive understanding of practicing architecture nationally.

Brad is a California Certified Accessibility Professional (CASp), ICC Certified Accessibility Inspector and a past Certified Building Official. He represents The National Association for Convenience and Fuel Retailing (NACS) on the ANSI A117.1 Consensus Committee on Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities. This committee develops the national standard that guides building owners on accessibility. Brad also serves on the Oklahoma Board of Licensed Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

His knowledge of the model codes, jurisdictions, permitting and accessibility requirements is extensive; frequently he has been asked by clients to intervene in code interpretation issues and regional permitting “opportunities”. Brad is nationally recognized as an expert and continued education provider in ADA compliance.

Patrick Golden, NCIDQ, CASp joined The McIntosh Group in 2005 and is now principal. Patrick is a certified California Accessibility Specialist (CASp) and together with Brad Gaskins, manages the Accessibility Team. Patrick is involved with the International Code Council and is a speaker and trainer on the topic of accessibility and ADA compliance. Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in interior architecture from Kansas State University. Patrick’s programs include Kwik Trip, Regions Bank, John Q. Hammons, QuikTrip and many others.

Bruce Horgen, AIA is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects, and became a principal at The McIntosh Group in 2017. He has been a Commissioned Reserve Police Officer for the city of Tulsa for 12 years with a Reserve Police Officer Certification from the State of Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training. Bruce’s clients include QuikTrip, Pizza Hut, The Blue Rose, Triad Bank and more.
