Recombinant Mouse alpha x beta 2, CF Datasheet Catalog Number: PR15089CF Product Type: Recombinant

Source: Chinese Hamster Ovary cell line, CHO- derived mouse beta 2 protein. Description: Integrin alpha X beta 2, also called CD11c/CD18, p150/95 or type 4 (CR4), is one of four beta 2 . The non-covalent heterodimer of 150 kDa alpha X/CD11c and 95 kDa beta 2/CD18 integrin subunits is commonly used as a marker for dendritic cells (DC) and classically activated (M1), but is also expressed on hairy cell , with lower amounts on other myeloid cells and activated B, NK and some cytotoxic T cells. enhances surface expression of alpha X beta 2 in states such as obesity (adipose DC), asthma (lung DC) and hypertriglyceridemia (circulating ), increasing the adhesive capacity of the cells and contributing to pathology. The alpha X vWFA or I‑domain, which contains the adhesion sites, forms the N‑terminal head region with the alpha X beta-propeller and the beta 2 vWFA domain. Molecular Mass: 131 kDa (Integrin alpha X) & 83 kDa ()

Purity: Greater than 95.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Biological Activity: Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support adhesion of J45.01 acute lymphoblastic T . The ED50 for this effect is 0.2-1.0 μg/mL.

Format: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS.

Reconstitution: Reconstitute at 100 μg/mL in PBS.

Storage: This product can be stored for up to 1 month at 2°C to 8°C under sterile condition after reconstitution, for up to 3 months at -20°C to -70°C under sterile condition after reconstitution, or for up to 12 months at -20°C to -70°C as supplied. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
