FRAMINGHAM, MA and PORTLAND, OR – June 6, 2011 – Ameresco, Inc., (NYSE:AMRC), a leading energy efficiency and renewable energy company, announced today that it recently signed a contract to conduct Investment Grade Audits under a new phase of a budget-neutral Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) with Portland Public Schools. Additionally, Ameresco signed contracts with three other school districts in Clark County, Washington totaling $3.7 million: the Camas School District, the Battle Ground School District and the Hockinson School District. The three energy efficiency projects in Clark County are currently under construction. “The continued strength and growth of our business in the Northwest reflects the broader success we’ve had with our customers across the country,” said Michael O’Connor, Vice President, Ameresco Quantum. “An ESPC allows us to help eliminate the fiscal constraints on our clients, perform necessary updates on aging systems, and ultimately reduce both energy costs and environmental impacts.     Camas High School Parents and Fans, What an exciting time of the year. The 2015-16 school year is underway, which means the start of Papermaker Athletics is not far behind! I am grateful to have the opportunity to lead the CHS Athletic program and there is no question in my mind that this school year will be full of exciting victories and great accomplishments. Of course, the growth we will see in our student- athletes will be, in itself, extremely exciting and rewarding. CHS Athletics Overview At Camas High School, we strongly believe that our athletic programs serve as an extension of the classroom and allow our student-athletes to learn lifelong lessons that will both assist them to be successful in future opportunities and build positive memories that will remain with them for a lifetime. Because of this, we strongly encourage our students to get involved. We offer a variety of both cut and non-cut sports and we are confident we have something for all of our students here at Camas High School. CHS has 22 athletic programs, which includes 8 Fall Sports programs that will compete in 225 regular contests between now and the end of October. We are proud to have a school-record 611 scholar-athletes participating in Fall Sports this year.     CHS Parent Newsletter Spring Break Edition Dear Parents and CHS Supporters: Spring Break is Finally Here The week leading up to spring break is always an eventful one – 2,200 eager staff and students create a lot of energy on a campus! This year, it was also successful. Our Choir put together an amazing Spring Concert on Tuesday and yesterday hit the road for a four-night music tour in Boise, Idaho. It was also a good week for the sports team from the east side of the 98607 zip code. The CHS Baseball, Softball, and Girls Golf Teams all defeated Union. In the process, one streak was extended and one streak ended: Baseball extended their win streak to 7 games and our golfers snapped the Titan’s 44-league match win streak! Boys and Girls Track, Girls Tennis, and Boys Soccer also picked up victories this week. Finally, our Leadership students organized an awesome “Fun First Friday” lunch event that consisted of activities ranging from frisbee to Pickleball. 2015-16: Papermakers Keep Rolling Along This is the eighth year I have borrowed the final refrain of the fight song – “Papermakers go rolling along!” – to serve as the theme for the March parent newsletter. As in years’ past, I have collected some achievements dating back to the first day of school, as well as some school news and Papermaker trivia, to paint a picture of what has happened from September 7 to April 1. But I am not fooling you…this roll call is accurate! While there has been a lot of change over the past eight years – students, staff, building size, classification, instructional technology… – it is remarkable that our success has remained constant.
