Wirelessys TM120 APN Setting Guide (For UK)

➢ If the TM120 is not connected to the Internet, please check whether the network name on the STATUS page is correct? Is there an error message that says "Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your service provider."? ➢ APN settings are usually auto configured. But if you are having issues with Internet connection, you might want to check your APN settings to make sure that they're correct, please follow the steps below to manually set up APN. ➢ Please contact with your Telecom operator customer service center for APN settings information. Step Image Description 1. Open the browser and type 192.168.1.254, enter the username and password. (The factory default value is admin/admin)

*Note: If Wirelessys's network segment conflicts with the upper- level xDSL/Cable modem, the default IP will be automatically changed to 192.168.0.254

2. Please press the “Advanced” button in the upper right corner.

3. You can see the "Status" page in the screen. If the TM120 is not connected to the Internet or shown an error message "Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your service provider." Please follow the steps below to manually set up APN. 4. Please select the "LTE Settings → APN Profile" item in the menu. Add APN Profile 1). Input a name for the new profile. 2). Input the correct APN name. 3). Press the Add button.

5. Select APN Profile 1). Select the Profile you want to use. 2). Check APN name. 3). Press the Save button.

6. Please wait 1-2 minutes for the system restart, and then check whether the Internet connection is normal?

➢ If you still can not surf internet, please check your SIM card: (1).Plug in again the SIM card, and make sure the SIM card size is correct for the device. (2).Please make sure your SIM card is usable, you can try it in other device such as mobile phone. (3).Please make sure your SIM card PIN code is disable. (4).Please make sure your SIM card plan can be use to share internet.
