I consider the nomination to the Professional Educator Standards Board as a tremendous honor. Serving the Board in a variety of capacities over the last decade has revealed to me the critical work being done that effects professional education in Washington State. I look forward to giving back to the education profession in this capacity and identify future ways to grow as a collaborative teaching practicioner. In addition to a diverse range of capacities, it is my hope that my personal experience in the second tier certifaction requirements in Washington State and the significant professional experience in supporting teacher candidates working to acheive Professional Certification will be a valuable contribution to the Board.
