1 Governance The Sport SA Board consists of seven directors elected by members and two directors appointed by the Board. The President and Vice President are elected by the Board following the AGM each year.

The Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Sport SA and overseeing the performance of the organisation. The Board met nine times in 2015/16 and the directors are also involved in Governance and Project Committees of the Board. Board of Directors
