Farmington and that changed his career and his life.

When Lesage first started teaching he struggled with slowing down his pace and learning classroom skills but he has definitely overcome those struggles and became a fantastic teacher. After a few years of teaching Lesage learned that if you respect students they will respect you back. Students are young and they make mistakes, that’s ok because you are going to make mistakes and you have to learn to let them do that. When asked how difficult it was to retire he told me a true story and said, “I went to bring my papers to retire and went back home because I didn’t want to do it.” Lesage loves what he does and says he has the best job in the school.
