The Strongsville Soccer Club is a 2,400 member recreational and travel soccer club located in Strongsville, Ohio, a suburb of southwest Cleveland. The club maintains 19 fields including 3 lighted championship fields. Countless players have been selected to represent OYSA-North on ODP State Teams, including Region II ODP and USYSA national teams and pools. The High School Program has benefited from this success.

The boys and girls teams have been to the Ohio State Division 1 Final eleven times in the last fourteen years, winning 5 State Titles. Nearly 90% of all players go on to play at the collegiate level. Players have attained All-Ohio, All-Midwest, and All- American honors. The programs have been consistently ranked in state and national polls including a brief #1 NSCAA ranking going into the state final in 2003.

Come join the fun!

2013 adidas National Soccer Showcase

This event is designed to bring together teams from across the United States in a format that enables coaches and players to begin the process of team development and comparison against competition from different leagues, conferences, states, and regions.

Showcase Games The Showcase portion of the adidas National High School Soccer Showcase allows teams to play in either a five-game or seven-game format over two or three days. Teams playing in this format are grouped with similarly sized or competitive schools in order to make sure that the games are as evenly balanced as possible.

Game Format Length of game: 40 minutes Roster size: Unlimited General game rules: National Federation Laws of the Game Referees: Two-Referee System

Division Breakdown Division One: State and Nationally ranked teams or teams with the ability to compete at the highest level Division Two: Have the ability to compete but may not have the depth of Division I. Teams placing 3rd and 4th or 5th and 6th will play for either the White or Blue Cup. Prizes will be awarded to the winning adidas National Showcase Cup Series Champion players and head coach.

Junior/Senior Spotlight Games One of the important features that makes the adidas National High School Soccer Showcase unique is the Junior/Senior Spotlight games (classes of 2015 and 2014). Over 100 college coaches regularly attend this portion of the Showcase and a thousand or more fans have jammed the Ehrnfelt Soccer Complex to cheer on their favorite players. Each participating team may send their top Juniors and Seniors to participate in these Spotlight games, scheduled to be played on Saturday evening. Over 900 top Juniors and Seniors competed in this event in 2012. Our popular 7-v-7 and 8-v-8 formats will continue to be used in 2013.

Sophomore Coaches Clinic (Boys Only) The adidas National High School Soccer Showcase has created a unique opportunity for the class of 2016 to showcase their talents by participating in the Sophomore Coaches Clinic. Nationally renowned college coaches are sought out to implement a team development model of training with a final "test" of what the players have learned in an 11-v-11 game played on Saturday evening.

Freshmen Top Flight Games A select number of the top incoming Freshmen are afforded the opportunity to compete in this one-of- a-kind game highlighting the best of the best in the class of 2017. Start your high school career off by playing in this unique event. The players will play in an 11-v-11 format with small roster sizes and a chance to play in three 36 minute halves on Friday evening.

U13-14 Travel / Middle School One of the factors that makes for a quality community based program is the development of a seamless transition between the Travel and Middle School programs in to the high school. We are now offering the U13-14 Travel and 7th and 8th grade Middle School teams the opportunity to participate in the adidas National Soccer Showcase to get a taste for what it will be like when your younger players ultimately get to the high school. Teams will receive five games.

Xtreme Team Sports 330-421-1265

The adidas National Soccer Showcase has grown from a small 24 team boy’s tournament to the single largest high school soccer showcase event in the country with over 350 boys and girls teams descending upon Strongsville over two weekends in July. We can't thank you enough for making this event your choice for your team's summer soccer stop and we very much appreciate your support. We are confident that your weekend will be enjoyable and that you use the time with your team to its fullest capacity. This event was designed solely to afford teams the opportunity to test themselves against other schools from around the Midwest region and the country and for you to get a chance to get a look at your teams and begin to develop some team chemistry before your season begins.

There are so many people to thank but we feel we must make an effort to thank a few who have made this event possible. Dave Clark from adidas USA has been most gracious in extending the adidas brand to the event and his support in partnering with us shows that adidas USA is firmly behind high school soccer in this country. To the Strongsville Soccer Club, Strongsville City Schools and the City of Strongsville for allowing to grow this event and bring thousands of people to our fine city and show them the great hospitality that we come to expect. To the many businesses who have partnered with us this year and in the past we truly appreciate your support. And finally to our parents past, present and future that have done so much to develop this event and make it one of the most unique and significant high school soccer showcases in the country.

Thank you to all and have a safe and fantastic soccer weekend!

The necklaces will be sold at our booth at Foltz Complex. WE HAVE ALL TEAM COLORS AND COMBINATIONS AVAILABLE!!

Coaches, please feel free to email us your team colors so that we can order your specific colors and have them on hand for players/relatives/fans that wish to show their support and purchase the items the week of the event.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know. We look forward to helping your team show your team spirit and wish everyone the best of luck at this year’s 2013 Adidas National Soccer Showcase.
