Adopt Resolution No. 37 – Leabo Foods – Piggyback/Cooperative Agreement: Board approval is requested for the adoption of Resolution No. 37 allowing Alvord Unified School District to piggyback on a cooperative agreement identified as Redlands Unified Bid No. 6-13 for the procurement of frozen food products. This contract is valid through June 30, 2016.

15. Review and Discuss Board P olicy Entitled “Responsibility for District Equipment Administrative Regulation Entitled “Equipment ” and Exhibit 01 Entitled “Request to Check out Electronic & Technology Equipment ”: Robert Schwandt, Board Member, requested that Board Policy, Administrative Regulation and Exhibit 3512 be agendized for review and discussion of an individual’s responsibilities related to being in possession of District equipment, in light of the Board of Education being assigned computer equipment for Board Meetings.

16. Average Daily Attendance Report: Receive Average Daily Attendance (ADA) Report for attendance period ending January 29, 2016. The District’s ADA through January 29, 2016 (attendance month six) is 18,574. For this same period in the prior year (2014/2015) the district’s cumulative ADA was 18,602. This represents a 28 ADA decline in 2015-16 as compared to 2014-15.

17. Financial Report: Receive Report for Receipt for January 2016 in the amount of $1,334,232.38. This amount includes routine deposits such as facility rentals, field trip reimbursements, health and welfare contributions as well as donations and grants.
