Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FK Crvena zvezda €18,750 for the throwing of objects. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

CFR 1907 Cluj Charges: • Use of laser pointer, Article 16(2)(d) DR • Unsporting conduct of ball boys, Article 11(1) and (2)(b) DR • Late kick-off, Article 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. Marius Ninel Sumudica), Article 11(2)(h) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine CFR 1907 Cluj €8,000 for the use of a laser pointer. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To warn CFR 1907 Cluj for the unsporting conduct of the ball boys. • To warn CFR 1907 Cluj for being responsible for the late kick-off. • To close the proceedings against CFR 1907 Cluj coach, Mr. Marius Ninel Sumudica, for the late kick-off. • CFR 1907 Cluj ensures that its coach is personally informed of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine GNK Dinamo €5,250 for the throwing of objects. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To suspend GNK Dinamo staff member, Mr. Alen Peternac, for the next one (1) UEFA club competition match in which he would otherwise participate, for the repeated protests against the referee’s orders. • GNK Dinamo ensures that its staff member is personally informed of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Galatasaray A.Ş.€14,375 for the throwing of objects. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine SK Rapid Wien €15,000 for transmitting a provocative message of an offensive nature. • To fine SK Rapid Wien €8,000 for the blocking of public passageways. • The above fines in the total amount of €23,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Alashkert FC €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League Date: 5 August 2021 Match: Trabzonspor AŞ vs. Molde FK (3:3)

Trabzonspor AŞ Charges: • Late kick-off, Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. Abdullah Mucib Avci), Art. 11(2)(h) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Trabzonspor AŞ €15,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To warn Trabzonspor AŞ coach, Mr. Abdullah Mucib Avci, for being responsible for the late kick-off. • Trabzonspor AŞ ensures that its coach is personally informed of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine IF Elfsborg €3,750 for the throwing of objects. • To fine IF Elfsborg €10,000 for insufficient organisation, i.e. the unmanned security door. • The above fines in the total amount of €13,750 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To warn IF Elfsborg for insufficient organisation, i.e. the insufficient number of security personnel.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FK Velež €3,250 for the throwing of objects. • To fine FK Velež €4,500 for lighting of fireworks. • To fine FK Velež €5,000 for the invasion of the field of play. • The above fines in the total amount of €12,750 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FC Dinamo Batumi €2,250 for the throwing of objects. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To suspend FC Dinamo Batumi player, Mr. Gaprindashvili Tornike, for the next three (3) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for assaulting another player. • 4. FC Dinamo Batumi ensures that the player is personally informed of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Sivasspor Kulübü €4,500 for the improper conduct of the team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Maccabi Haifa FC €12,000 for the blocking of public passageways. • To fine Maccabi Haifa FC €5,000 for the invasion of the field of play. • The above fines in the total amount of €17,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

WKS Śląsk Wrocław Charges: • Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR • Insufficient organisation (screening and searching of spectators), Art. 33.01 SSR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To order a partial stadium closure of the WKS Śląsk Wrocław stadium (i.e. the North Stand – Stand B, where the home supporters are seated) during the next UEFA club competition match in which WKS Śląsk Wrocław will play as host club, for lighting of fireworks. • To warn WKS Śląsk Wrocław for insufficient organisation, i.e. for the inadequate screening and searching of spectators.

Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League Date: 5 August 2021 Match: AEL Limassol FC vs. Qarabağ FK (1:1)

AEL Limassol FC Charges: • Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR • Crowd disturbances, Art. 16(2)(h) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine AEL Limassol FC €2,250 for the throwing of objects. • To fine AEL Limassol FC €5,000 for crowd disturbances. • The above fines in the total amount of €7,250 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To close the disciplinary proceedings opened against FC Luzern for the alleged violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • To fine FC Luzern €10,000 for transmitting a provocative message of an offensive nature. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

FK Vojvodina Charges: • Rough play (Mr. Luka Cucin), Art. 15(1)(a)(ii) DR
