Meet e Dietitian Cristina Caro, MBA, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Wellness Manager for Sodexo Campus Dining, to support UAB nutrition and wellness. She is a food allergy and food safety expert and assists with special dietary needs through confidential phone consults and virtual appointments. Cristina actively promotes healthy eating and wellness through nutrition expos, snack and learns, social media, virtual contests, and more. She also assists as guest speaker for health panels, classes, and meetings, participates in wellness fairs, and oers sports nutrition.
