Mex., 44 (Supl. 1): 157-164. RESUMEN. Se describe e ilustra una nueva especie de sicódido del género Philosepedon Eaton, procedente de Perú, siendo el primer registro del género para el país. La especie es muy diferente a las previamente conocidas del género, siendo característicos los parches de sensilas en los primeros tres segmentos del palpo en la hembra, solamente descritos para Philosepedon quatei Vaillant y los ascoides con ramas foliares con nervaduras en el macho, parecidos a los de Eurygarka helicis (Dyar), pero con tres ramas y terminalia muy diferente. A new species of psychodid moth fly of the genus Philosepedon Eaton, from Peru is described and illustrated. This is the first record of the genus in the country. This species is considerably different to the previously known species of the genus Philosepedon, being characteristic the presence of sensilla patch in each of the basal three palpal segments of the female, only described for Philosepedon quatei Vaillant, and the ascoids with foliaceous branches in the male, similar to those of Eurygarka helicis (Dyar), but with three branches and terminalia completely different. Abstract: The investigation of Psychodidae is still far from finished in the NW part of the Carpathians of the Czech Republic, only 21 species have been published in scattered papers in the past. Altogether 36 genera of moth flies and 84 species including 20 threatened or rare taxa are recorded in this study from 8 localities: 5 mountainous and 3 submountainous sites. Katamormia niesiolowskii (Wagner, 1985) and Threticus negrobovi Vaillant, 1972 are new for the fauna of the Czech Republic, Katamormia strobli Ježek, 1986 and Philosepedon (Philothreticus) soljani Krek, 1971 are new for Moravia (incl. Silesia); three species are new for the Carpathians Mts generally, and 9 for the Carpathians Mts. of the Czech Republic. The total number of moth flies in CZ is increased to 175 species. The communities of moth flies of the preserved areas and localities studied here (in contrast to Kněhyňka 2.) are among the richest sites in the Czech Republic. ZooKeys 558: 119–145. doi: 10.3897/zookeys.558.6593 Abstract All published records for the 49 species of moth flies known from North Africa are reviewed and dis- cussed: Morocco (27 species), Algeria (33 species), Tunisia (18 species) and Egypt (five species). In ad- dition, records of seven species of Psychodinae new to the fauna of Morocco are added, of which three are new mentions for North Africa (Table 1) and one is a new record for Egypt. Telmatoscopus squamifer Tonnoir, 1922 is transferred to the genus Iranotelmatoscopus Ježek, 1987, comb. n. Satchelliella reghayana Boumezzough & Vaillant, 1987 is transferred to the genus Pneumia Enderlein, 1935, comb. n. Pneumia aberrans Tonnoir, 1922 is transferred to the subgenus Logima. Trichomyia hardeggensis sp. nov. (Psychodidae: Trichomyinae) is described on the basis of male morphological characters of a specimen collected in the Podyjí National Park in the Czech Republic. New faunistic data from this park, collected in 63 localities in 1995–2003, are presented. Altogether 75 spe- cies of 32 genera are known to occur in the Podyjí National Park. Ten of these species were classifi ed in the national Red List of threatened invertebrates – six species are critically endangered (Trichomyia urbica Haliday, 1839, Promormia silesiensis Ježek, 1983, Jungiella laminata (Szabó, 1960), Parajungiella ellisi (Withers, 1987), P. pseudolongicornis (Wagner, 1975) and Psycmera integella (Jung, 1956)) and four species are endangered (Promormia eatoni (Tonnoir, 1940), Threticus incurvus Krek, 1972, Pneumia crispi (Freeman, 1953) and Tonnoiriella sieberti Wagner, 1993).
