Booking Lounge Pass for your clients couldn’t be easier. Just log on to loungepass.com and click through to the ‘Agent Login’ and enter your ‘Agent ID’ code, ‘Lounge Pass password’ and optional ‘User ID’ (your initials). Then simply follow the five steps below. And at any stage of the booking you can refer to your ‘Lounge Cart’ for a summary of the booking.
STEP SELECT YOUR AIRPORT 1 Enter departure date (bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance), flight number, arrival time at the lounge and the number of passengers. You can check the specific details of the lounge including specific dress codes and terminal information and see how much it would cost for each passenger in the party. You will be advised if children are permitted.
STEP COMPLETE THE NAMES 2 OF THE PASSENGERS You are then given the option to book another lounge or proceed to a summary of your booking.
STEP BOOKING SUMMARY You are given the booking summary (again with the option to 3 book another lounge). Complete the external booking reference field adding your own booking file reference. Then complete your email address and confirm your booking.
STEP BOOKING CONFIRMATION You are advised online that your transaction has been confirmed 4 and you will receive the ‘Booking Confirmation’ (as a ‘PDF’ attachment) by email. You can also download the Confirmation direct via the clearly marked ‘PDF’ Lounge Pass Confirmation link (Adobe Acrobat Reader required). Please note the passenger will be required to present their Lounge Pass Booking Confirmation at the lounge. If you experience any problems please contact Lounge Pass.
STEP BOOKING HISTORY 5 To view your agency booking history go to www.loungepass.com and click on ‘Agent Login’. After logging in, click on ‘Agent Admin’ and then click ‘Booking History’. Enter search criteria to see a list of bookings made by your agency together with a breakdown of VAT and commission.

? Where can I book with Lounge Pass? To view a comprehensive list of all locations simply visit www.loungepass.com and select ‘Find your lounge’. Earn commission every time you book for your clients – remember reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
? What does it cost to book a lounge through Lounge Pass? Prices start from as little as £13.50 and vary by destination. When you go to book your lounge, select an airport and lounge of your choice, the costs (including those for children where permitted) will be displayed accordingly.
? Can I book more than one lounge at a time? Yes, Lounge Pass allows you to book as many lounges as required within the same transaction, ideal for multi-stop or return journeys.
? How many people can be included on one booking? The maximum number of passengers (including children) permitted per booking varies by lounge. Should you wish to make a booking for a larger party or group, please email your request to [email protected].
? Are children allowed access to the lounges? Some lounges do not permit entry to children. Details of restrictions can be found in this Travel Trade Guide and are highlighted on the Lounge Pass website. Lounge Pass will not allow you to include children as part of a booking where restrictions are in force. ? What is the maximum time you can visit a lounge for? 3 hours unless otherwise stated. ? What is included in the cost of a visit? You’re able to use any facilities or services available and although generally lounges provide complimentary refreshments this is not always the case. Where payment is required for any optional facilities and services your clients will be asked to pay direct at the lounge. ? How do I get directions to the lounges? Once the booking has been confirmed you will be advised online and a Lounge Pass Booking Confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted at time of booking. This document will include directions to the lounge(s) booked and will be required by the passenger in order to gain entry to the lounge.
? How do I reprint my Lounge Pass Booking Confirmation? Once logged in, click on the ‘Agent Admin’ button, select ’Booking History’. Enter the search details if known; otherwise the search button will retrieve all bookings. On the left side of the Lounge Pass ’Confirmation Number’ select the PDF logo; this will download the Lounge Pass Booking Confirmation.
