As principal, Mr. Koziak helps ensure the growth and success of the Tennessee market. Specializing in tenant representation, he has extensive expertise in office and industrial transaction work, financial analysis, contract execution and strategic planning. Prior to his affiliation with Cresa, Mr. Koziak co-founded the Newmark Knight Frank office in Nashville where he earned an ongoing designation as a “Heavy Hitter” in commercial real estate in the annual ranking by the Nashville Business Journal.
