The Terms of Reference for the study are provided in Annex A. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES Within the context of the background described above, the aim of the study is to examine the role of ISO Type II and III environmental labels at EU level in order to formulate potential options for a European Environmental Labelling Strategy.
