Bemidji State And Minnesota, Crookston THE MATCHUP: Wayne State College will wrap up a fi ve-game homestand this weekend with home games vs. Bemidji State and Minnesota, Crookston in Northern Sun Conference play. Friday's game vs. Bemidji State is First National Bank of Wayne "Roll For Cash" Night with Saturday's game against Minnesota, Crookston being "Someone Special Night" sponsored by Diamond Center/Flowers and Wayne State College Wine of Wayne. Both games will tip off at 6:00 p.m. at Rice Auditorium in Wayne. The games will be broadcast on KCTY FM 104.9 in Wayne with Mark Ahmann calling the play-by-play. Fans can also view 2007-08 Women's BB live stats of the game by logging on to www.wscwildcats.com and click on the internet broadcast link. Schedule/Results NSIC GAMES AVAILABLE VIA LIVE INTERNET BROADCAST: The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, along with Penn Atlantic, have joined forces to air live internet broadcasts of NSIC men's (13-5 overall, 6-3 NSIC) and women's conference basketball games. Home games in bold COOK NAMED NEBRASKA NCAA DIVISION II C O-PLAYER OF T H E WEEK: Laquisha Cook of Wayne * Northern Sun Conference games State College was named the Nebraska NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Co-Player of the Week on Tuesday afternoon following her play in two games last weekend. Cook shared the honor with Ne- braska-Kearney senior Amy Mathis and it's the second time she has received the award this season. Cook, a 5-9 junior guard from Houston, Texas, averaged 21 points and fi ve rebounds per game last weekend vs. #3 Concordia-St. Paul and MSU Moorhead. She scored a career-high 29 points in Friday's 78-77 loss to the Golden Bears and added 13 points and hit the game-winning shot in overtime during Saturday's 72-70 win over MSU Moorhead.
