AT&T Broadband will air the Sacramento State, Western Washington, Cal Poly Third Down Conversions .353 .307 and Drake games. The Sacramento State, Western Washington and Drake games will be televised as a tape delay on the Wednesday following the game, while the game against Cal Poly will be a live TOP RETURNING broadcast. The fifth game on the TV schedule will be a road game when Saint Mary's traveled to STATISTICAL LEADERS Montana State to open the season. This game will be a local broadcast in the Bozeman area and cannot be watched in the Bay Area. Individual game ticket prices are set as: $12 for adults, $8 for seniors, and $6 for children and non-SMC students with a school ID. SMC Trevor Johnston ......................................... 117.0 Scouting the Hornets: CSUS Sacramento State opened the 2002 season with a 42-12 loss to I-A opponent, the University Garrett White ................................................ 67.0 of Texas-El Paso. In that game, Hornets quarterback Ryan Leadingham completed 13-of-18 passes for 141 yards with one touchdown and one interception. The lone touchdown pass was a 43-yard Passing Yards/Total completion from Leadingham to Tyronne Gross. The catch was Gross' only catch of the game.Wideout SMC Fred Amey caught three passes for 29 yards and tallied 151 yards in returns. The last time Saint Mary's posted a victory over CSUS was in 1995, a 28- 14 win in Sacramento. That year SMC went on to post an 8-2 overall record. Saint Mary's led 6-0 at halftime on a 35-yard touchdown run by Gus Papanikolas. Sacramento Garrett White.................................................. 58 State evened the score with a late touchdown from Ryan Leadingham to Fred Amey, sending the game into overtime. In the overtime period, Leadingham found Amey again to give the Hornets a Receiving Yards/Game 13-6 advantage. Saint Mary's last chance to score came on a fourth down play and the pass from SMC Papanikolas to Andre Coleman did not connect. The four wins against Big Sky SMC opponents have come against Sacramento State, while 11 of the losses have come at the hands of Weston Borba ................................................ 12 the Hornets. The Gaels have an 0-2 record against Montana, and 0-1 records against Portland State, CSUS Montana State and Weber State. Ryan Kroeker................................................... 11 A Look Inside Landis: Sacks/Total Tim Landis (Randolph-Macon, 1986), the 2001 I-AA Independent Coach of the Year, is 12- SMC 11 in his third season at the helm of the Saint Mary's football program. This year he is 0-1 following Ray Mike & C.J. LaBoy .................................. 1.0 a 27-24 loss to Montana State. Landis has a 47-47-1 (.500) career record and is currently in his tenth CSUS year of coaching at the Division I-AA level.
