A New Era 2008-09 Season Stats Leaders The Bobcats will have a different look behind the bench this season as Rick Seeley becomes the third head coach in the program’s history. Nanna Holm Glaas...... 152 O’ Captain, My Captain For the second consecutive season, Trudy Reyns Save Percentage will wear the captain’s “C” on her jersey. Reyns proved to be an excellent leader during her junior 1. Nanna Holm Glaas...... 840 year as she contributed both on and off the ice. She finished second on the team in scoring; producing 5 goals and 11 assists for 16 points. The assistant captains will be Evelina Husar and Elyse Cole. Finders Keepers Seeley has brought in two highly touted goaltending prospects, Nanna Holm Glaas and Alexa Hynes to join the Bobcats this season. Sophomore goalie Tia Wishart, recovering from knee surgery, and Hynes will add depth behind Glaas, who led her elite team to the Swedish National Championship while also starting for the Danish National Program. Wishart compiled some impressive save totals in her time in goal last season, posting a .884 save percentage, and being named ECAC Goaltender of the Week last February. Bringing It Back Quinnipiac returns 86% of its goal-scoring output from last season, including Elyse Cole, who led the Bobcats in goals (13) and points (20), and Trudy Reyns, who led the team in assists (11). The re- maining top six scorers in the 2007-08 are also returning for the Bobcats. Our House Quinnipiac will play in its second full season in the TD Banknorth Sports Center.
