Finance News C ouncil Welcomes New Director of Development Please welcome Jeromy Rutledge as the Heart of America Council’s new Director of Development. In his new role, Jeromy will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the fundraising operations of the council.

With a background in commercial sales, Jeromy excels in fundraising. Most recently he served as the Director of Corporate and Community Giving for the Boys and Girls Club of Kansas City. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Studies.

Jeromy was drawn to working for the council because of his volunteer roles in Troop 10 for 8 years. He has two Eagle Scout sons and is Wood Badge trained. The council is excited to welcome Jeromy to the Heart of America Council family.
