[Victims Rights and Support Amendment (Motor Vehicles) Bill] Act No. 87 — An Act to amend various Acts and Regulations relating to courts, crimes and other Justice portfolio matters; and for other purposes. [Justice Legislation Amendment Bill (No 3)] Act No. 88 — An Act to make miscellaneous amendments to various Acts with respect to criminal proceedings involving children, victim involvement in sentencing and the rights of victims of crime and witnesses in court procedure; and for other purposes. [Crimes Legislation Amendment (Victims) Bill] Act No. 89 — An Act to make miscellaneous amendments to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 following a statutory review of that Act. [Government Information (Public Access) Amendment Bill] Act No. 90 — An Act to make miscellaneous amendments to the Surveillance Devices Act 2007 following the statutory review of that Act; and to amend the Law Enforcement (Controlled Operations) Act 1997 with respect to applications for authorities to conduct a controlled operation involving the use, without a warrant, of a surveillance device. [Surveillance Devices Amendment (Statutory Review) Bill] Act No. 91 — An Act to amend the Road Transport Act 2013 to authorise Roads and Maritime Services and certain other government agencies to collect, keep, use and release identity information in accordance with national arrangements for the sharing and matching of that information; and for related purposes. [Road Transport Amendment (National Facial Biometric Matching Capability) Bill] Act No. 92 — An Act to amend the Terrorism (Police Powers) Act 2002 to give effect to the recommendations arising from a statutory review of that Act.
