Borsa Italiana welcomes

Today Borsa Italiana welcomes Stellantis, a new leading group in the automotive sector created from the merger by incorporation of (PSA) into Automobiles (FCA).

The ordinary shares of Stellantis will begin trading today, 18 January 2021, on the Main Market (MTA) of Borsa Italiana and on Paris. And from tomorrow, 19 January 2021, also on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

The Stellantis stock will be part of the FTSE MIB index from the start of trading.
