A.D. l AN ACT to authorise·the Execution of certain Federal 1988. Aid Road Works and Federal Aid Works. [13 December, 1938.] BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tas mania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:-

Short title 1-(1) This Act may be cited as the Federal Aid R()ads and incor p,nd Works Execution Act] 938. poration. 1 Geo. VL (2) This Act shall be incorporated with the Federal Aid .No. 16. Roads and WorkS Act 1937.
