Macquarie Bank Limited (the “Issuer”) hereby requests for the Warrants to be admitted to trading on the professional segment of the regulated market of and listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange at the earliest.

The Issuer notifies that the following amendments to the terms and conditions of the Warrants as set out in the section titled “Listing and admission to trading” of each of the relevant corresponding Final Terms shall be made (where applicable):

Listing and admission to Application has been made by the Issuer (or on its behalf) for the Warrants trading to be admitted to trading on the professional segment of the regulated market of and listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with effect from, at the earliest, the Issue Date.

The above amendments are of a technical nature and/or not materially prejudicial to the interests of the Warrantholders.

The Issuer accepts responsibility for the information contained in the Notice.

Copies of the Notice will be published on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s internet site www.bourse.lu and available free of charge at the specified offices of the Warrant Agents in London and Luxembourg.
