Scandinavian Dream: A Region’s Common Philosophical Principles Resulting in Equality, Prosperity, and Social Justice A Project Submitted in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Liberal Studies by Remy Christopher Ansiello May 2011 Mentor: Dr. Margaret McLaren Rollins College Hamilton Holt School Master of Liberal Studies Program Winter Park, Florida INTRODUCTION The Scandinavian nations of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden arguably enjoy a level of human equality, liberty, and prosperity unsurpassed by any other region today.
