He stated that all members of the Board are in agreement regarding the placement of the Post Office and Medical Clinic in the southern quadrants of the building. At issue was the placement of the Public Safety office and the Courtroom in the northern quadrants of the building. He further stated that at the previous design meeting, the Board had requested Village resident and architect Nick Petschek, who had been offering his time to assist Butler Engineering and the Board work through various design decisions and plan iterations during the year-long design process, to do so once again by providing different plan options for the Public Safety office and the Courtroom at each northern quadrant location, specifically showing each one’s placement in both the northwest and northeast quadrants of the building. -
