Een belangrijke invalshoek voor de workshop wordt geboden door het boek “Besmettingspreventie in de gezondheidszorg” van Hugo Huiskamp. In dit boek wordt gepleit om de secun- daire zorgkwaliteit in de zorg om te zetten naar het (in- dustriële) principe van risicoanalyse. Alles met het doel om de kwaliteit van de zorg naar een nog hoger plan te tillen. De organisatiecommissie hoopt met de workshop een bijdrage te leveren aan het voortdurend streven naar kwaliteitsverbetering in de zorg. Datzelfde doel beoogt ook de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Technologie in de Gezondheidszorg, NVTG met de Impressie van de drukte op de Conhit. invoering van het Kwaliteitsregister RTG. Dit register werd gepresenteerd tijdens het recente congres van de verenging. Over het congres leest u in dit blad en op onze website meer, in de volgende uitgave gaan we nader in op het kwaliteitsregister. Dat de kwaliteit in de zorg steeds vaker verweven is met ICT werd de afgelopen maand nog eens onderstreept tijdens de beurzen Conhit (Connection Healthcare IT, Berlijn) en Zorg & ICT (Jaarbeurs Utrecht). Indrukwek- kend zijn de prestaties die met veel systemen gereali- seerd kunnen worden. Zowel op medisch als op facilitair vlak. Zorgelijk blijft wel dat al die systemen uiteraard kwetsbaar zijn voor kwaadwillenden. Hoe kwetsbaar is afhankelijk van de mate van beveiliging en de organisaties die achter de producten staan. Dat is een aspect waar de zorg niet voldoende aandacht aan kan geven. En dan nog blijft een connected community in mijn visie altijd kwetsbaar. Dat maakte alle heisa rond Facebook de afgelopen periode wel duidelijk. Overigens zult u FMT Gezondheidszorg niet meer met eigen pagina’s op Facebook aantreffen. We hebben ons account verwijderd.
