THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT, MADE THE FOLLOWING: : 4 : ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners filed the affidavit of Smt. Vidyashree, wherein she has clarified that while passing the order, respondent No.1 has wrongly typed the numBer of RTS Appeal as RTS/AP-37/14-15 instead of RTS/AP-92/2014-15 and the same is a typographical error. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has also filed a memo along with documents. The same is taken on record. 3. In view of the said affidavit of Smt. Vidyashree filed By the learned counsel clarifying the numBer of RTS appeal and perusing the grounds urged in the petition and also hearing the suBmissions made By the learned counsels on Both the sides, the writ petition is allowed and the matter is remitted Back to the concerned Assistant Commissioner with a direction that he shall take up the matter and dispose of the same as early as possiBle and : 5 : he has to take a decision in the matter with regard to disbursement of the amount. It is clarified that the amount has to Be disbursed By the Assistant Commissioner only after he passing the order in the matter. Till then, the amount need not Be disBursed.
