Government Defeat in Lords on Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill Wednesday 08/01/2014 On 08/01/2014 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on an amendment to the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill: To maintain the existing definition of anti-social behaviour and prevent it being widened to conduct that is 'capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to any person'. This was defeat number 6 in the parliamentary session.
