Patapsco Watershed/Baltimore Region (Maryland) The boundary for this eligible geographic area is located within the Urban Waters Federal Partnership location, and further narrowed down to target HUCs in the Baltimore area of the Patapsco watershed where water quality projects are a priority and where EPA as well as other federal agencies have work underway. To ensure a focus on the targeted watershed, only the portion of HUC 020700100103 contiguous to Washington D.C. is eligible. The portion on the Virginia shore is not eligible.
