G-d then told Moses to attack the Midianites to repay them for their trickery luring Israelite men to worship Baal-Peor. Candle Lighting Friday Night 8:13 PM G-d instructed Moses and Eleazar to take a census of Israelite men 20 years old and up, and Friday Evening Services 7:15 PM Moses and Eleazar ordered it done. The census finds 601,730 men between the ages of 20 Shabbat Morning Service 9:00 A.M and 60.
