Oasis Senior Advisors Northwest Ohio Awarded Rising Star of the Year Franchisee Has Seen Tremendous Success in Just Eight Months in Business ORGANIZATION MEDIA Len & Missy Kinor Josh Milton Oasis Senior Advisors Northwest Ohio CONRIC PR & Marketing 567-225-7002 239-690-9840 [email protected] [email protected] NW Ohio Franchisees Len and Missy Kinor Oasis Senior Advisors Northwest Ohio awarded Rising Star of the Year Franchisee has seen tremendous success in just eight months in business MAUMEE, Ohio (May 9, 2018) — Oasis Senior Advisors, a national franchisor offering free, community-based referral placement assistance for seniors, has announced that Len and Missy Kinor, RN, BSN, CCCTM, CSA of Oasis Senior Advisors Northwest Ohio have been awarded the company’s annual Rising Star of the Year award for 2017. The Kinors were honored at the company’s annual convention at The Florida Hotel and Conference Center in Orlando on Saturday, April 7. The Kinors have been Oasis Senior Advisors franchise owners for just eight months, since September 2017, but have had tremendous success in that short amount of time. Based out of Maumee, Ohio, the Kinors have a long history of helping people. Missy’s career has been spent as a registered nurse in the emergency room and in hospice, and as a care navigator. Most recently, she worked for an insurance company as a case manager. Len was a teacher and principal for 13 years at a local high school, as well as one of the managing directors for a local consultancy. Not long before becoming franchisees, both Missy and Len had to handle the overwhelming task of finding new places for their own parents to live. The process was so tedious that the couple decided to purchase their own Oasis Senior Advisors franchise to help others navigate the challenges and stress of finding a place to live for an elderly loved one. “Having both recently gone through the process of finding a place for our parents, Len and I are very empathetic to what others have to deal with and the toll it can take on everyone in the family. We want to make that process easier and friendlier and give our clients peace of mind,” Missy said. Their goal is to personally work with seniors and families to find the best living situation for that elderly person. Helping parents transition to a new home can be challenging in itself. The process of finding the right place should not be overwhelming. Missy and Len can help. Oasis Senior Advisors is a franchise that connects seniors with the housing communities that best fit their needs at no cost to the seniors or their families. • Huffpost Morgxn
August 13, 2019 For Indie Pop Star Morgxn, Only A Life Without Labels Is Worth Singing About The singer-songwriter, who identifies as queer, defies easy categorization on his 2018 album, “Vital,” and genre-bending new music. Deeply personal lyrics, a distinctive falsetto and a sensual stage presence have helped make morgxn, whose real name is Morgan Karr, a rising star on the indie pop circuit. The mainstream music industry seems to have caught on, too, by slowly taking notice of the singer-songwriter’s talents. His chosen path, however, has been anything but linear. In fact, he experienced his first burst of success via a different artistic medium: theater. He relocated from Nashville to New York in 2008 to join the ensemble of Broadway’s “Spring Awakening.” The hit musical helped launch the careers of Jonathan Groff, Lea Michele and other actors, but it turned out to be a much different type of turning point for morgxn. “It was a really tough experience, because I remember standing onstage and feeling empty,” he said. “I didn’t know what to do with that. I just wanted to find my own voice and my own way of existing.” In an effort to “shake the universe,” morgxn relocated from New York to Los Angeles in 2011 and began writing. “I don’t think I trust people who haven’t, at some point in their life, sold everything they’ve owned and moved somewhere,” he said, “because I think sometimes you have to give the universe a big gesture that you’re ready for something new.

Landing in Kiev on his 39th birthday — and on Law360’s Rising Stars list of top attorneys under 40 — two years after he made partner, Pinsky not only heads his firm’s Russia and Eurasia initiative in the arbitration practice, he helped develop Covington & Burling’s Russia- focused arbitration practice early in his career by leveraging his knowledge of the ex-Soviet region’s politics, playing a key role in victorious, precedent-setting arbitration proceedings for Spanish minority investors in Yukos Oil Co. and enlisting high-profile business clients faced with sanction threats from Russia. David Pinsky According to Covington & Burling, it was Pinsky who recently Covington & Burling assembled a team and successfully pitched the firm’s virtues to Ukraine’s NJSC Naftogaz when the oil company was looking for counsel to help it recover damages from Russia’s seizure of its investments in Crimea. But in an interview with Law360 before his one-week trip in connection with his role as lead counsel in the Naftogaz matter, Pinsky was reluctant to take full credit for his accomplishments, saying that Covington is a collegial and collaborative place that has nurtured his career from the ground up since long before he became the firm’s first partner in New York focused on international arbitration work.

Symptoms can include light-headedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, momentary loss of awareness, and loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling down or striking nearby objects.
