That's 22 percent of its residents. The nuns ranged in age from 69 to 99 and included teachers and an author. One of the sisters says the pandemic first hit two people on the first floor of the convent, but once it hit the second floor, it went through like wildfire. 17 nuns who also got the virus have recovered.
