Roach Pastor’s Thoughts This Wednesday March 6th is Ash Wednesday. Most Catholics like to participate in the ritual of receiving Ashes on that day. It is however, not a Holy Day of Obligation. Catholics are encouraged but not required to attend Mass on Ash Wednesday. I invite all of our parish to please join us on Wednesday and to begin your journey this Lent in a spirit of prayer.
