Average Hours/Week: 32
Typical Schedule: Schedules vary. You will work a variety of mornings, afternoon and, evening shifts. Weekends and holidays required.
Additional Hours Details: Participants will work an average of 32 hours per week over the course of the program. Some weeks may be more and some weeks may be less.
Position Description: We are looking for excited, energetic PREP COOKS to clean, portion, cook and prepare menu items for service in conjunction with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Cleaning, cooking and preparing a variety of meats/seafood/vegetables and other foods according to recipe specifications Assisting in checking in deliveries as they arrive Properly storing, labeling and rotating raw and prepared food items according to HAACP standards Assisting in preparing family meal Staying clean and organized in your work environment Prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking with efficiency
Requirements: While culinary experience is preferable, individuals with passion for people, food and wine are certainly welcome to apply. Culinary school is a plus.

It is possible for participants to obtain a second job, but the second job must not interfere with the schedule for your job at Duryea's.
Participants are not permitted to work a second job without receiving approval from Intrax first.
