There is nothing else like it.” He was so right. Thank you for a lifetime of great road trips and beautiful memories, Dad. Until we meet again… 3 ● ● ● And when at length we stood in front with the majestic Colonnades sweeping around, the fountains on each side sending up their showers of silvery spray, the mighty Obelisk of Egyptian granite piercing the skies, and beyond the great façade and the Dome,—I confessed my unmingled admiration.
