FURTHER REGULATIONS
In accordance with the provisions of:
to) DPCM 09/04/2001 "provisions for the uniform treatment regarding the right to higher education
issued pursuant to art. 4 of Law December 2, 1991, n. 390;
b) Legislative Decree no. 29 March 2012, n. 68, "Review of the principle of legislation on the right to
study and enhancement of legally recognized university colleges, in implementation of the delegation
provided for in Article 5, paragraph 1, letter a), second sentence, and d) of the Law of 30 December 2010,
n. 240, and the principles and criteria set out in paragraph 3, letter f), and paragraph 6.

free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on
Data Protection)
The Erdis the Marche Region announces a competition for the awarding of scholarships to
the 2019/2020 academic year.

ART. 2
BENEFIT RECIPIENTS OF INSTITUTIONS AND UNIVERSITIES
2.1 Entitled to participate in the competition for the award of scholarships for the academic year
2019/2020, limited to the attainment of the first degree title for each level of study,
Italian and foreign students who meet the merit and economic requirements of this notice

to) to degree courses in first and second level and master's degree in one cycle in the implementation
Decree 509/99, replaced by the Ministry of Education Decree. 270 of 22/10/2004 (Studies of the University of
Camerino, Macerata, Urbino and the Polytechnic University of Marche in Ancona);
b) the first and second level courses provided by law for the institutions to reform high
artistic and musical training as referred to L. 508/99 (ISIA of Urbino, Academy of Fine Arts
Urbino and Macerata and Pesaro Conservatory of Music in Fermo related overseeing respectively
Urbino and Macerata);
c) to Poliarte courses - Polytechnic of applied arts enterprise referred to D.Miur n. 623/2016 and
Convention DDPF n. 14 of 07.03.2017;
d) to specialized courses required for the exercise of the profession activated at the premises
university of Urbino Macerata Ancona and Camerino (with the exception of those in the medical
under Decree 4 August 1999, n. 368);
is) to PhD courses possibly triggered by the universities in accordance with Legislative Decree
July 3, 1998, n. 210, art. 4, provided that the member does not study the bag benefits referred to in
Ministerial Decree n. 224/99.
f) the High School for Language Mediators of Ancona, recognized by decree of Ministry of Education 24-
09-2003 and Fermo except for the signing of the agreement with the Marche region;
2.2 Students enrolled in the final year of the first degree in the academic year 2018/2019,
at the time of submission of the application for a scholarship for the 2019/2020 academic year, will
making the option of last semester of undergraduate or first year of two-year degree.

ART. 3
TERMS FOR REGISTRATION TO INDIVIDUAL COURSES
For the academic year 2019/2020 students will be enrolled in courses by the dates set by the calls published by the University institutions in art. 2.
ART. 4
DURATION OF GRANT OF BENEFITS
The benefit of the scholarship is granted for the achievement for the first time of each of the
levels of the courses referred to in this article as follows:
4.1 Courses activated in implementation of Decree 270/2004 studies by the University of Ancona, Camerino,
Macerata and Urbino and the High School for Language Mediators of Ancona in DM
24.9.2003 and Fermo except for the signing of the agreement with the region Marche:
to) For those enrolled in courses Degree (L), for a period of seven semesters, starting from the first year
registration to any university course of study;
b) For students enrolled in the courses Master Degree in Single Cycle (LMCU) for a period equal to
expected duration of the respective teaching regulations plus one semester starting from the first year
registration to any university course of study;
c) For those enrolled in courses Master of Science (LM) for a period five semesters starting
the year of first registration for any university course of the second level;
d) For students enrolled in the courses of PhD (DOT) provided that the member does not benefit
of the grant as per Ministerial Decree n. 224/99, and to the degree courses (SSP)
except for those in the medical area of the Law Decree 4 August 1999, n. 368, the
benefit is granted for a period of time equal to expected duration of their respective laws
teaching from the year of first registration to any course of third level college.
4.2 Students who enroll at the ISIA, the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata and Urbino and to
Conservatory of Music "G. Rossini "and" GB Pergolesi "of Fermo, the benefit of the Stock Exchange

Study is granted for the same period of time for students enrolled in courses at
Ministerial Decree no. 270/04 University from the year of first registration of all.
4.3 For members of the Technical Colleges ITS for expected duration of their respective laws

4.4 For disabled students with disability not lower than 66% or for students with
disability recognized by the committee under the. 104/1992 the benefits are
granted for the first time of each of the course levels as follows:
to) Degree - for a period of nine semesters;
b) Degree - for a period of seven semesters;
c) Degree Course in one cycle:
with legal duration of five years - for a period of thirteen semesters;
with legal duration of six years - for a period of two semesters;
d) for members to Technical Colleges ITS if the courses are structured in credits (credits
training college) and ITS Foundations are affiliated with the Marche Region for the DSU
(Right to Education), for the expected duration of the respective teaching regulations, starting
the year of first registration.
4.5 For students enrolled in degree programs in art. 2.1 simultaneously accessing for the academic year.
2019/2020 to the teachings of the training courses in art. 3 of the Ministerial Decree of 10/08/2017 n. 616 the
duration of the period for granting increased by a half.
4.6 The university seniority is reset for once in case of irrevocable termination of studies to
first year and, in case of re-registration to the studies, the student is eligible to compete for the granting
the bag, provided that he has returned the bag previously received for the same year
ongoing and that it is in possession of the requirements.
4.7 The computation of semesters always occurs at starting from the first entry in the respective absolute
level, regardless of the location and the initial recognition over to any institution

4:10 Students in possession of the first degree who enroll in a degree program in Cycle

4:11 Students who enroll in a master's degree
The benefits are granted to students who have the requirements for admission to the course for
which you are required, regardless of the number of years since graduation of
previous study.
4:12 Students who completed their degree of study during the period of use of the benefits into account
scholarship.

ART. 5
INTEGRATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS GRADUATE COURSE
The student who achieves the title of Bachelor or Master's degree by the time foreseen by the relevant teaching systems integration benefits from a cash equal to half of the cash portion of the bag obtained last year of study, 2019/2020 academic year. In the case in which the applicant is the beneficiary the bag in only services will be paid half of the notional amount of cash due share. ART. 6
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
The student who requires the scholarship must have the merit requirements, budget balance sheet set forth in Articles 7 and 8 of this announcement.
ART. 7
MERIT REQUIREMENTS
7.1 They can compete for the scholarship for the academic year 2019/2020, students
meet the following merit criteria:
7.2 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE FIRST YEAR:
to) For students enrolled for the first time in the first year of degree courses, degree
masterly and masterful single cycle, in art. 2 of this announcement except possession
the secondary school of the second degree, the merit requirements are assessed ex post, that is

at least 18 credits for courses organized in more teaching periods (semesters) and at least 9 credits

7.3 Students with disabilities.
These provisions do not apply to students with disabilities recognized by the competent
Commission pursuant to Law 104/1992, or with a disability of at least 66%.
7.4 For students enrolled in the first year of graduate and PhD courses requirement

7.5 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE YEARS AFTER THE FIRST

7.6 Prerequisite for access to the benefit is the possession of a secondary school diploma

Amounts in excess, (supernumerary or outside the curriculum) that is, those not useful to the achievement of

7:12 BONUS
For the only achievement of the minimum merit requirements for access to the benefits referred to in paragraphs
former student at the express request, may use, in addition to the actual credits

used in registering for the previous degree course. Those who have never benefited from
bonus in the first degree course will be used for the second year of the Master

13.7 Requirement of merit for the maintenance of the scholarship granted to students enrolled in the
first year.
To maintain the scholarship, students enrolled in the first year of degree courses, degree
master's and master's degree in one cycle, should support by November 30, 2020, at least
twenty credits, for courses organized in more teaching periods and at least ten credits for others,
recognized for the course of study which students are enrolled in the achievement of the stock exchange or

7:14 The winning students who do not achieve the requirement by about November 30, 2020 will incur
the revocation of the scholarship, these students are required to:
to) return any sums received;
b) repay the monetary value of the services used according the rates provided by art. 5 Plan
three-year 2017-2019 and subsequent additions and modifications;
The sums to be repaid will be defined in the respective determinations of payment that will be
notified to the interested students.
The reimbursement, defined in the revocation must take place in the manner indicated in

ART. 8
ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
8.1 The student's economic conditions are determined on the basis of Situation Indicator

In occurrence of the cases referred to in Article 7, paragraph 1, the ISEE and 'integrated an additional component,

8.7 Political refugees and stateless persons

ART. 11
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
11.1 To access the benefits provided for the 2019/2020 academic year, all students with equity and
income produced in Italy must hold the ISEE or receipt of the DSU
specific " Performance for the right to higher education ".
11.2 Foreign students - Calculation ISEEU / ISPEU parificato
Foreign students can not rely on self-certification authority, but you must

12.6 Integration of the scholarship for students with disabilities recognized by

ART. 20
GRANT AND RATES SERVICES RESERVED FOR STUDENTS NOT SUITABLE
