DC KeyPort concerns a new warehousedevelopment that will be built in two phases comprising in total approximately 63,000 m2 situated on a plot of approximately 8,7 hectare. Phase I consists a building with a warehousespaceof 30,000 m2 that can be divided into three individual compartments of each 10,000 m2. DC KeyPort Multimodal terminal ‘De Kempen’

Logistics service providers GVT Group and Wetron Transport have combined their strength to operate a new multimodal container terminal ‘De Kempen’ that will be finalised on theborder of Weert and in Q4 2016. Thein total 6 hectare siteoffers spacefor approximately 20,000 containers and is directly connected to the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal.

The future terminal anticipates on an important local need of the province Noord- Brabant and Limburg.
